1. Don't create
- Anything sexual involving minors, or any sexually explicit content.
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm, or that harasses, threatens or demeans people based on who they are.
- Copies of characters, logos or artwork you don't have rights to, such as well-known cartoon characters or other companies' mascots.
- Mascots based on a real person's photo or likeness without that person's permission, or anything meant to impersonate someone.
- Content that misleads people, such as fake endorsements, scams or phishing.
- Anything illegal where you live or where you publish it.
2. Don't misuse the service
- Don't open several accounts to collect free credits, or try to get around credit costs or limits.
- Don't scrape, overload, probe or reverse-engineer MascoAI, or interfere with other people's use of it.
- Don't resell access to MascoAI itself. Selling the mascots you create is fine.
- Don't use MascoAI to build a competing dataset or model.
3. What we do about it
Our AI providers may refuse requests that break their own rules, and so may we. If you break this policy we may remove content, suspend or close your account, and report illegal content to the authorities. Credits spent on content that breaks this policy are not refunded.
4. Report something
If you see a mascot made with MascoAI that breaks this policy or infringes your rights, email support@mascoai.com with a link or description and we will look into it quickly.
